France – Event services – Organisation, coordination et animation des visites pédagogiques du centre de valorisation matières VALOPÔLE Matières (Triel-sur-Seine) et du centre de valorisation énergétique AZALYS (Carrières-sous-Poissy)

The present contract concerns the organisation, coordination, administrative management and animation of educational visits organised on the waste treatment and recovery facilities of the Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine. The services include, in particular: • the reception and processing of visit requests; • the management of bookings; • the planning and coordination of visits; • the coordination with the operators of the facilities, the holder of the transport contract and the other concerned parties; • the supervision of the team of guides; • the recruitment, training and monitoring of guides; • the preparation and updating of animation contents in liaison with the contracting authority; • the reception of visitors; • the animation of educational visits; • the accompaniment of groups; • the administrative monitoring of the system; • the production of reports, statistics and activity tracking tables. The contract is part of the awareness, information and communication actions carried out by the Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine in the field of prevention, sorting, recovery and circular economy. The services mainly concern: - the reception and processing of visit requests; - the organisation and planning of visits; - the coordination with the various interlocutors; - the animation of visits; - the accompaniment of visitors; - the management of schedules; - the production of statistics and activity reports; - the reporting of anomalies observed on the facilities of the routes.
