- LOT NO. 1: Current repair works at Pavilion N - Repair Workshop and Pavilion O - Dormitories from Barracks 2352 Bascov - UM 01261 Pitești;

- LOT NO. 2: Current repair works at Pavilion C&C1 – Command (Transit Halls + Festivities Hall + Dormitories) from Barracks 1360 Predeal – UM 01090 Predeal;

- LOT NO. 3: Current repair works at Pavilion D - Command from Barracks 1360 Predeal – UM 01090 Predeal;

- LOT NO. 4: Current repair works at Pavilion D - Car Garage from Barracks 2728 Pitești - UM 01643 Pitești;

NOTE 1. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(1) of Law No. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is a maximum of 17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.

NOTE 2: In accordance with the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders, also taking into account the provisions of the ANAP Notification regarding the implementation of the provisions of Article 160(2) of Law No. 98/2016. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in NOTE 1 will make it impossible for the contracting authority to provide a response within the timeframe mentioned in NOTE 2 and, as a result, the request will be considered LATE.
