Germany – Repair and maintenance services of military vehicles – RegLa_271/26 - regionale Leistungsabrufe UTF Region West Teillos 9

The framework agreement covers the maintenance services from 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2028 on the chassis of the UTF (Unprotected Transport Vehicle) system at maintenance levels 2/3 regionally at the contractor's premises with the following material numbers: 124081153 124081163 124081156 124065361 124164326 124065356 124109531 124157647 124065360 124109537 124157954. Due to an ongoing conversion (D-LBO system), new numbers (MATPLNR and MATNR) will be assigned to the existing vehicles. These numbers have not yet been (finally) assigned and will be communicated as needed. The conversion will take place automatically within the contract period and does not require a change contract. The technical basis of the vehicles and the associated work will remain unchanged. The provision of services (inspection and maintenance) should be planned to take place 100% at the contractor's premises. A list of locations as of 07.2026 can be found in Appendix A to Annex 1 (see tender documents). The distribution of the services as well as the number and locations of the equipment listed in the facilities may vary during the contract period.
