ZBC has the pleasure of inviting tenders for the main contract for "Fremtidens Skærehaller". The project concerns the transformation of the former slaughterhouse school in the slaughterhouses. The project is located at Maglegårdsvej 8, 4000 Roskilde. It includes the transformation of approximately 5690m2, of which approximately 150m2 is an extension in the form of a new main entrance. The transformation can be divided into two main areas, where area 1 of approximately 4070m2 has a higher degree of transformation and the remaining approximately 1620m2 is more of an upgrade of existing premises. In addition to the building, the contract includes the surrounding outdoor areas and courtyard environments. The contract is executed as a main contract based on the tender material and a limited "co-design phase". After concluding the contract with the winning bidder, there will be a period to enter into necessary EU agreements and mobilise resources for the project design, after which the consultant's and contractor's project obligations will be completed simultaneously to an implementation project (main project). This is evident from the building case and work descriptions, which include contractor project design. Furthermore, reference is made to the remaining contractual basis in Entreprise Agreement section 3 for a more detailed description of the Project. The tender is carried out as an EU tender with negotiation, which means the tender is divided into a pre-qualification phase and a tender phase as well as a possible negotiation phase. The scope of the contract includes - in addition to the role as main contractor - specialist areas and terms of employment as described in the tender material, including tender list, building section descriptions and drawing material.
