Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Zakup średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego dla OSP Stefanów.

The subject of the order is the delivery of a factory-new (production date 2026) medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle for the Volunteer Fire Department in Stefanów. The vehicle must be new and have all the necessary legal documents to register the vehicle in Poland.

General requirements, legal basis:

1) The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 "Road Traffic Law" (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251), together with the implementing regulations.

2) The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure the principles of public safety or the protection of health and life, as well as property, and the principles of issuing permits for the use of these products (Journal of Laws No. 143, item 1002, of 2010, item 553 of 2018, item 984 and of 2022, item 2282).

3) The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Ministers: of the Interior, National Defense, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on the technical conditions of special vehicles and vehicles used for the special purposes of the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, tax control, Customs Service, Prison Service and fire service (Journal of Laws 2019, item 594).

4) The car must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the order no. 1 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of 24 January 2020 on transport management in the organizational units of the State Fire Service with later amendments.

5) It must have a valid certificate of approval issued by CNBOP-PIB.

6) It must have a current certificate of chassis homologation.

7) It must meet the general and specific requirements in accordance with the standard PN-EN 1846-1 and 1846-2.

8) The vehicle and chassis are factory new, the chassis production year is at least 2026, the engine, chassis and cabin are from the same manufacturer.

9) The vehicle must meet the requirements for the medium class M (according to PN-EN 1846-2).

10) Category 2 vehicle - equipped (according to PN-EN 1846-1).
