Netherlands – Sewer cleaning services – Raamovereenkomst Reinigen en inspecteren vrijvervalriolering 2027-2028

Stadswerk072 manages approximately 700 km of sewerage in the municipality of Alkmaar. This includes various sewer systems such as combined, foul, surface water, and drainage. The age of the sewerage also varies. The periodic cleaning and inspection of the sewerage is a core task of Stadswerk072. The work mainly consists of:

- Cleaning of sewer systems, sand traps, pumping stations, and interceptors;

- Inspecting sewer systems;

- Disposing of released RKG sludge;

- Implementing temporary traffic measures during execution;

- Being available for emergency reports (within working hours);

- Other additional tasks.

Emergency reports outside working hours fall outside the scope of this contract. The work to be carried out is located within the municipality of Alkmaar. The work is located at various locations. The locations will be indicated after the order. The estimated value of the framework agreement amounts to approximately € 295,000,- excluding VAT per year. For the maximum term (including extensions) this amounts to € 1,180,000,- excluding VAT. This estimate is based on historical and expected consumption data and is for indicative purposes only. To ensure flexibility and to accommodate any potential future developments, a safety margin has been included. The maximum value of the framework agreement is therefore € 1,260,000,- excluding VAT (excluding indexation). For more information, please refer to the tender documents.
