The City of Oulu (hereinafter also “the Contracting Authority” or “the Procurement Unit”) invites candidates to submit their applications to participate in the negotiated procedure for the procurement notice published on the Hilma and TED channels, and in accordance with the procurement notice and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is the provision of expert services related to securities transactions for the Contracting Authority. The specific tasks covered by the contract will be discussed in more detail during the negotiations. The subject of the procurement is described in more detail in the preliminary tender request, Annex 1, and its annexes. One supplier will be selected to provide the services that are the subject of the procurement. Partial, parallel or alternative tenders are not permitted. The procurement has not been divided into lots, as the service package to be tendered forms an indivisible whole and dividing it into parts would make the implementation of the contract technically too difficult. The procurement quantities stated in the procurement notice, the application for participation and its annexes are estimates, and the contract does not constitute a minimum purchase obligation for the Contracting Authority or a sole right for the supplier.
