Sweden – Engineering services – Dynamiskt inköpssystem (DIS) - Tekniska konsulter

Svedala Municipality hereby invites applications to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) for technical consultants with reference number UH-2026-18. The procurement procedure is conducted through a selective procedure in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (2016:1145) (LOU).

Being a qualified supplier for DIS does not guarantee any purchase volumes or contracts from the Buyer. The needs indicated by the Buyer in each call for tenders may increase, decrease, or be entirely absent depending on factors unknown to Svedala Municipality at the time of procurement, such as budget allocations.

The procurement covers the Buyer's needs for technical consulting services for the next three (3) years and includes the following sub-sectors:

- Technical investigations

- Architectural services

- Cultural environment

- Nature and environment

- MKB

- Land and development

A Tenderer applies to qualify for the sub-sectors in which the consultant intends to operate. It is therefore possible to apply for one or more sub-sectors. Further illustrative description/clarification of the assignment/services in each sub-sector.
