The contract includes regular, periodic, additional and incidental activities for the maintenance of open areas at UMBAL "St. George" EAD - Plovdiv, such as mowing, pruning, weeding and other activities. The subject of the contract includes the performance of a set of activities for cleaning and maintaining open, landscaped and other areas located on the territory of UMBAL "St. George" EAD, including mowing of lawns and collecting the mowed grass, pruning and shaping of live fences, pruning of existing flower plantings, pruning of shrubs, clearing of undergrowth and dense shrubs, pruning and shaping of tree crowns, digging around existing flower plantings and shrubs, maintaining the existing irrigation system in good condition, maintaining the cleanliness of the gardens and lawns and – cleaning, collecting litter, fallen branches and waste, processing and disposing of waste, other activities (manipulations), such as trimming of alleys and squares, cutting and removing individual trees, watering individual saplings, watering and caring for flower plantings in pots, applying nanodesinfectant to risk objects and spaces in the outdoor areas of the medical facility. The frequencies and volumes are as follows: The volume of services from the subject of the contract is conditionally divided into two types: 1. Fixed monthly activities, which include a certain set of activities and volumes described in this specification, and which are subject to monthly, seasonal or other fixed performance, with the exception of the months of December and January; 2. Services from the subject of the public procurement, which will be additionally entrusted by the contracting authority - outside the schedules, the frequency, type and volume of fixed monthly activities under p.1. The specific work zones are shown in the attached diagram of the green areas - an integral part of the technical specification. Within the value of the concluded contract, the contracting authority has the right for each of the zones not to temporarily entrust or completely perform a certain type of activities from the scope of the fixed monthly activities for certain periods or entirely, according to its needs and in accordance with the requirements and regulations of state control bodies and normative documents. In this case, the performed activities are suspended in the manner provided for the suspension of additional works.
