4.1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with a 4x4 drivetrain for the Volunteer Fire Department in Rokiciny. 4.2. The scope of the contract includes, in particular: 1) delivery of the contract subject, in accordance with Annex No. 1 SWZ, 2) transfer of equipment free from defects, factory new, unused, technically sound, complete and ready for work of a medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with a 4x4 drivetrain – hereinafter referred to as the “vehicle”, without any additional purchases and investments on the part of the Buyer, including equipped with all operating fluids and fuel; 3) provision of the necessary technical description (in Polish), 4) provision, with the order, of the required operating instructions for the vehicle chassis, fire service body and installed equipment and accessories in Polish, as well as a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, 5) marking of the vehicle in accordance with Annex No. 1. 4.3. General requirements for the subject of the contract: a) the built-in and equipped vehicle must meet the minimum requirements according to the regulations: − the Act on Road Traffic (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended), together with the implementing regulations to the Act. − the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended), − the regulation of the ministers: of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and those used for special purposes by the Police, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Service, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, Customs Service, Prison Service and Fire Service, (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594). − standards: PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2 or equivalent standards, b) the vehicle must have a valid certificate of approval for use in fire protection in Poland issued on the basis of the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products serving to ensure public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing approval for the use of these products (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 143, item 1002, as amended)., c) the certificate of approval provided no later than the date of vehicle acceptance, d) the vehicle must be marked with the operational numbers of the State Fire Service in accordance with the order No. 6 of the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service of 08 May 2025 on transport management in the organisational units of the State Fire Service. 4.4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including a list of the minimum required technical and operational parameters of the vehicle, is provided in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
