1. The subject of the contract is the supply of five C-segment vehicles in an unmarked police version (hereinafter referred to as the vehicle or vehicles). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Section XIX of the SWZ and Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority allows the subcontracting of part of the contract. 4. The contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the offer which parts of the contract will be subcontracted, and to provide the names of any potential subcontractors, if known. 5. In accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 April 2016, the contracting authority informs that: 1) the data controller is the Chief of the Capital Police; 2) supervision over the lawful processing of personal data is exercised by the data protection inspector: address: ul. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds intended for the financing of all or part of the contract are not granted. 7. The type and scope of contract amendments are indicated in Section XIX of the SWZ. 8. The contracting authority does not require the contractor to demonstrate compliance with the conditions specified in Article 112(2) of the Act.
