This public procurement aims to select a contractor for the maintenance of office equipment owned by TP DGS Kazanlak, under the Directorate of Public Procurement of the Ministry of Interior and Public Procurement Sliven. The subject of this public procurement is the "Provision of service" as per Article 3, Paragraph 1, Item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, whereby the selected contractor for the public procurement shall provide, for a period of 12 (twelve) months, starting from the signing of the contract, services on a maintenance contract for the office equipment of TP DGS Kazanlak, including the delivery of necessary spare parts, materials, and consumables for the office equipment according to the subject and scope as per the Technical Specification of the procurement. The contractor shall be obliged to maintain the computer equipment and peripheral devices of the Client in working condition for the duration of the contract, by performing: An initial inspection of the equipment subject to the maintenance contract; Periodic technical maintenance inspections - monthly; Elimination of software and hardware problems arising from the operation of the equipment; Upon request by the Client, the contractor performs repairs on portable computers, presentation equipment, active network equipment, repair and adjustment of defective blocks and nodes; Elimination of any malfunctions on-site at the Client's premises during working hours – from 8.00 to 17:00. In case of a complex fault, the Contractor replaces the defective device with a loan device, with the same or better technical and functional parameters until the fault is rectified; Provides the necessary spare parts, materials, and consumables for the office equipment, which must be new, original, or compatible with the Client's equipment and rectifies any damages that occur during the contract. Upon request by the Client, the Contractor delivers and installs the necessary original and/or compatible consumables, with which it guarantees the conditions of operation prescribed by the device manufacturer. Upon expiry of the warranty of devices, they are described by the contractor and serviced by it under the conditions of the contract. In the performance of the activities under point 1, the applicable legislation in the country, all regulatory documents relating to the subject of the procurement, regulations, standards, and norms in the field of the subject of the procurement, including fire safety, technical, and other norms, are observed. During the execution of the contract, the contractor is obliged to comply with the safety regulations. The contractor is obliged, upon request by the Client, to present the relevant documents certifying the quality and origin of the materials used in the execution of the procurement. The contractor is obliged, upon request by the Client and within a time limit set by it, to provide in writing a report on the status of the computers and printers, subject of this procurement. The acceptance of the performed maintenance and/or technical support is certified with an acceptance protocol, signed in 2 (two) copies by persons authorized by the Client and the Contractor. The costs for the delivery of the consumables and spare parts required during the contract period shall not exceed 2100 (two thousand and one hundred) euros without VAT. Upon exhaustion of the financial resources of the Client for the aforementioned deliveries, the Client shall not make orders. The scope, volume, and requirements for the execution of the public procurement are detailed and regulated in the Technical Specifications, an integral part of this documentation.
