The main objective of the public procurement is to upgrade and expand the information technology environment of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria in order to increase the effectiveness, reliability and functionality of the information systems used, as well as to provide technological capability for the electronic administration of activities related to the provision of financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises under the project, funded under the "Competitiveness and Innovation in Enterprises" Programme 2021–2027. The execution of the procurement must ensure the sustainable development of the existing information infrastructure, improve the integration between systems, optimise work processes and expand the electronic services provided by the Patent Office.
