The subject of the order is a set of surgical instruments and equipment with equipment included in the investment program entitled "Strengthening the potential of the University Hospital in Krakow in the field of diagnostics and treatment of neoplastic diseases" co-financed from the Strategic Infrastructure Sub-fund of the Medical Fund - delivery of equipment along with staff training. The order is implemented as part of the project entitled "Strengthening the potential of the University Hospital in Krakow in the field of diagnostics and treatment of neoplastic diseases". The detailed description of the subject of the order is contained in annex no. 1a, 1b to SWZ (description of the subject of the order, price list), annex no. 3 to SWZ (contract template). This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, which may result from, for example, responses to Contractors' queries.
