Romania – Medical equipments – Acord cadru centralizat pentru 24 luni de furnizare Aparatura medicala 2 (Ecograf, Holter, Autoclav, Lampa medicală, Pupinel electric Videolaringoscop, Seringă electrică, Stație pentru seringi electrice și Saltea antiescară activă)

Supply of centralized medical equipment 2 (Echograph, Holter, Autoclave, Medical Lamp, Electric Suction Pump, Video Laryngoscope, Electric Syringe, Station for Electric Syringes and Active Anti-Scar Dressing), in accordance with the terms of reference, by concluding a Framework Agreement with the economic operators whose admissible offers are positioned in the first 3 places in the ranking drawn up on the basis of the award criterion mentioned at point II.2.5 of the Procurement File. Subsequent contracts will be concluded, starting with the first, with the economic operators signatories of the framework agreement, without reopening the competition, by each of the associates in part. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 18 days. The Contracting Authority will clearly respond to all requests for clarification/additional information by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders.
