Austria – Works for complete or part construction and civil engineering work – Teil-GU Gebäudehülle Obertageanlage für das Projekt Geothermie Hydros

The aim of the procurement procedure is to provide the partial contract for the building envelope for the construction of a building for the first deep geothermal plant in Vienna, using a skeletal structure. The services include, among others, work for the roofing (roof construction), wall (based on the supporting structure/rough construction) and facade work (pre-hung facades). Masonry work, as well as the technical building equipment and locksmiths, are not included and are part of a separate procurement.
