Poland – Various office equipment and supplies – „Dostawa materiałów biurowych dla RZGW w Warszawie i jednostek podległych.”

The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office materials for the Regional Water Management Authority in Warsaw and its subordinate units for a period of 12 months, divided into 6 parts. 4.2 The Contracting Authority informs that: 4.2.1 Partial offers are accepted 4.2.2 The Contracting Authority has divided the contract into 6 parts: 1/ Delivery of office materials for the RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units - part 1 Ciechanów Water Management Board 2/ Delivery of office materials for the RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units - part 2 Dębem Water Management Board 3/ Delivery of office materials for the RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units - part 3 Piotrków Trybunalski Water Management Board 4/ Delivery of office materials for the RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units - part 4 Radom Water Management Board 5/ Delivery of office materials for the RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units - part 5 Łowicz Water Management Board 6/ Delivery of office materials for the RZGW in Warsaw and subordinate units - part 6 Włocławek Water Management Board 4.2.3 The Contracting Authority does not allow further division of the contract within the individual parts. 4.3 The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more parts of the contract. 4.4 The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting alternative offers. 4.5 The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Pzp Act. 2.1 The procedure for awarding the subject public contract is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 11 September 2019 on Public Procurement – hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp Act” – and the executive provisions issued on the basis thereof, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Development, Labour and Technology of 30 December 2020 on the subject matter of the evidence and other documents or declarations that the Contracting Authority may require from the Contractor – hereinafter referred to as the “MR Regulation” – in the procedure of an unrestricted tender. 2.2 In accordance with Article 139 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority will first carry out an examination and evaluation of the offers, and then qualify the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure. 2.3 Pursuant to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to invalidate the subject procedure if the funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the subject contract are not granted to it. In the event of invalidation on the basis of the above grounds, the Contractors are not entitled to a refund of the costs of participating in the procedure. 7.3 No conditions for participation in the procedure are established in the procedure. 13. OFFER BINDING PERIOD. The Contractor remains bound by the submitted offer until 16.01.2027. The period for binding the offer begins with the expiry of the offer submission deadline. The contract performance period for parts 1 to 6 – for a period of 12 months from the date of the contract or until the maximum amount indicated in §3(2) of the Contract Template is exhausted, depending on which of these events occurs first. The Contractor is obliged to carry out each of the agreed deliveries of the Contract Subject within the period of ………… (in accordance with the Contractor's offer) but not longer than 5 working days from the date of the order by the Contracting Authority. NOTE: The delivery deadline is an additional criterion for evaluating the offer.
