The objective of the procurement is to commission a suitable telephone helpline for the "Einfach anrufen" program. The aim is to provide immediate, low-threshold support for everyday and administrative queries. The telephone helpline should offer a reliable first point of contact, particularly for elderly people and persons with disabilities, when questions and problems arise, and digital access is not possible, not desired, or too complex.
