Description

The Abwasserzweckverband Untere Ahr (AZV UA) plans to build a new wastewater treatment plant, Untere Ahr, in Remagen, following the severe damage to the existing plant in Sinzig during the 2021 flood disaster. The site selected for the new plant is north of the B 266, on a plot approximately 7-8 m higher than the old site, making it flood-proof. The project is currently in the design and approval planning phase (Phase 3/4-HOAI). Following the submission of the building application in April 2026, preparatory work for the construction of the wastewater treatment plant in Remagen is scheduled to begin in 2026. Only a pumping station will remain at the old site in Sinzig. For this, consulting, conceptual, and possibly construction-related engineering services in the field of construction logistics by a technically qualified engineering firm are required. The following service description, which is requested here, is necessary for the technically optimal implementation of the construction measure and the legally compliant handling of the topic of construction logistics and is of extraordinary importance for the project's success. It is intended to award the following service description in three stages. Execution times: - Stage 1: immediately after the order, probably September 2026, - Stage 2: beginning of the 1st quarter 2027, - Stage 3: beginning of the 2nd quarter 2027 to end of 4th quarter 2031.
