Poland – Credit granting services – Udzielenie długoterminowego kredytu bankowego w wysokości 7 900 000,00 zł na okres 16 lat

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a long-term bank loan in the amount of 7 900 000,00 PLN (seven million nine hundred thousand 00/100) for a period of 16 years, intended to finance the planned deficit and repay the incurred loans and credits. 2. The granted loan will be based on the WIBOR 3M rate and a fixed margin during the loan period, with a fixed capital rate specified in the loan repayment simulation – annex nr 1a to SWZ. 3. Capital instalments - 2027 – 2042 (400 000 – 2027; 500 000 – 2028; 500 000 – 2029; 500 000 – 2030; 500 000 – 2031; 500 000 - 2032; 500 000 - 2033; 500 000 - 2034; 500 000 - 2035; 500 000 - 2036; 500 000 – 2037; 500 000 – 2038; 500 000 – 2039; 500 000 – 2040; 500 000 – 2041; 500 000 – 2042). 4. The basis for calculating the loan cost for the purpose of comparison and selection of the most favourable offer is the loan repayment plan, which is annex nr 1a to SWZ – this is an active form allowing the loan cost to be calculated after entering the proposed fixed margin and commission by the Contractor in the specified field in the form. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in annex nr 1b – Description of the subject of the contract OPZ, which is an annex to SWZ. 6. The contracting authority reserves the right to: - in the event of not using the full value of the loan, the possibility of returning the funds without paying interest by 31 December 2026. In accordance with art. 433 point 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority envisages the possibility of limiting the scope of the contract, whereby the minimum value of the contract – the value of the granted loan is set at 1 000 000,00 PLN [one million zlotys] - the possibility of early repayment of the loan – interest will be calculated up to the date of loan repayment. 7. The quality requirements relating to the main elements of the contract have been specified in the Banking Law. 8. Requirements regarding accessibility for persons with disabilities [art. 100 para. 1] - not applicable.
