Description

The subject of the public procurement contract for services is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the performance of maintenance and repair services for bodywork, superstructures and interiors of box type sanitary vehicles used by the contracting authority. This involves the performance of warranty or out-of-warranty service of the purpose-built bodywork, superstructures and interiors of vehicles, including the provision of safety technical checks (STC) of transport equipment, inspection of electrical systems and medical gas systems of bodywork, superstructures and interiors, etc. The specific conditions for the performance are more precisely defined in the binding text of the "Framework Agreement for the Performance of Maintenance and Repair Services for Purpose-Built Bodywork, Superstructures and Interiors of Box Type Sanitary Vehicles" (Annex No. 3 ZD) and in the "Specification of the Subject of Performance" (Annex No. 4 ZD). Further requirements for ensuring the required service are specified in the document "Price List and Detailed Specification of Services Provided by the Contractor" (Annex No. 5 ZD). The supplier will also indicate in Annex No. 5 ZD the possibility of continuous use of a transport vehicle for transport, which will allow the transport of all sanitary vehicles of the contracting authority with bodywork, superstructures and interiors. The supplier will provide a simple copy of a document confirming the possibility of continuously disposing of the transport vehicle for transport for the entire duration of the public procurement (this can be done through a subcontractor) – for example, a simple copy of a document of ownership or a contract with a subcontractor or a lease agreement, from which this fact will be evident. The contracting authority recommends submitting this document as part of the submitted offer. The selected supplier may be requested by the contracting authority, before the conclusion of the contract, to present and prove to the contracting authority's contact persons, at a pre-agreed time, that they have the required minimum of 6 external charging sockets available for verification of compatibility with the existing sockets on the sanitary vehicles, in the event that a different type of external charging socket is offered than is specified in Annex No. 5 ZD. The contracting authority requires the supplier to have at least 3 service workshops (workplaces) available in order to ensure the possibility of servicing a larger number of the contracting authority's vehicles simultaneously. The contracting authority requires, for the entire duration of the performance, the provision of the subject of the performance using new, original spare parts. In the event that the supplier wishes to use spare parts manufactured by independent manufacturers, which will be at least qualitatively equivalent to the original spare parts (parts approved for original equipment manufacture), they are obliged to notify the contracting authority of this fact in writing in advance and the contracting authority has the right to refuse the use of such a spare part. Further requirements for ensuring the required service are specified in the document "Price List and Detailed Specification of Services Provided by the Contractor" (Annex No. 5 ZD).
