Romania – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Servicii de întreținere, revizii tehnice periodice și reparații pentru parcul auto al SHI Pascani

The provision of maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for the vehicle fleet of SHI Pascani, including:

- LOT 1 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for passenger cars and light commercial vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of up to 3.5 t, from the vehicle fleet of SHI Pascani

- LOT 2 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for light commercial vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of over 3.5 t, from the vehicle fleet of SHI Pascani

- LOT 3 – Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and repair services for equipment, within SHI Pascani

A separate framework agreement for services will be concluded for each lot of services, for a period of 24 months, i.e. 2026 – 2028.

LOT 1: Maximum value CS LOT 1: 257,400.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

- Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 137,400.00 lei excluding VAT

- Maximum value of parts and consumables: 120,000.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum value AC LOT 1: 514,800.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

- Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 274,800.00 lei excluding VAT

- Budget for parts and consumables: 240,000.00 lei excluding VAT

LOT 2: Maximum value CS LOT 2 = 136,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

- Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 36,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- Maximum value of parts and consumables: 100,000.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum value AC LOT 2: 272,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

- Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 72,000.00 lei excluding VAT

- Budget for parts and consumables: 200,000.00 lei excluding VAT

LOT 3: Maximum value subsequent contract LOT 3 = 292,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

- Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 49,350.00 lei excluding VAT

- Maximum value of parts, consumables, and mobile workshop displacement: 242,650.00 lei excluding VAT

Maximum value Framework Agreement LOT 3: 584,000.00 lei excluding VAT, of which:

- Maintenance, periodic technical inspections, and auto repairs: 98,700.00 lei excluding VAT

- Budget for parts, consumables, and mobile workshop displacement: 485,300.00 lei excluding VAT

During the framework agreement, subsequent service contracts will be awarded monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually, depending on the actual needs and available financial resources of the contracting authority.

The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification/information within 10 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for the submission of tenders/applications: 20.
