Bulgaria – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – „Доставка на хранителни продукти, необходими за ученическите столове, учебните и социалните заведения на територията на община Крумовград” по обособени позиции № 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 и 7

Subject of the procurement: "Delivery of food products, necessary for the school canteens, educational and social institutions on the territory of the Municipality of Krumovgrad" by separate lots: Lot 1 – "Delivery of meat, meat products and fish"; Lot 2 – "Delivery of bio milk and bio dairy products"; Lot 3 – "Delivery of bio meat, bio meat products and bio fish"; Lot 4 – "Delivery of bio fruits and bio vegetables"; Lot 5 – "Delivery of bio cereals and bio groats"; Lot 6 – "Delivery of bio sugar"; Lot 7 – "Delivery of bio oils and fats and bio nuts". The scope, volume and requirements for the performance of the public procurement are described and regulated in the Technical Specification, an integral part of the present documentation. The separate lots and the products included therein, with the indicated forecast quantities, are described in detail in the Technical Specification to the present documentation. Given the specifics of the present public procurement, the contracting authority sets forecast quantities of the delivered food products for each of the separate lots included in the subject of the procurement. The quantities are indicated in the technical specification, an integral part of the public procurement documentation, and are forecast and do not commit the contracting authority to their full absorption upon conclusion of the contract. The procurement of food products will be determined according to the arising needs of the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right, if within the framework of the concluded contracts for the assignment of the present public procurement, new objects are discovered and/or the Municipality of Krumovgrad applies for and is approved for projects related to the delivery of food products, then the same to be serviced within the framework of the concluded contracts with the defined Contractors. Pursuant to Article 5 of the PPOA, when during the term of the contract, the contracting authority discovers new objects and/or the Municipality of Krumovgrad applies for and is approved for projects related to the delivery of food products, Article 116, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the PPA is applied. With regard to the quality requirements, the delivered goods must comply with BDS, ZNP or equivalent. When delivering, the goods must be fit for the intended use. With regard to separate lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, their subject matter includes the delivery of food and beverages, included in the List of organic food products, by groups, according to Ordinance No. N-1 of 23 July 2024 on the ecological requirements for certain products, subject to public procurement. IMPORTANT!!! The quantities of food products by type in the separate independent lots are indicative depending on the needs of the contracting authority. Deliveries will be made upon prior request from the Contracting Authority. The contracting authority reserves the right: - to decrease and/or increase the quantities, according to the needs of the units, within the funds under the contract; - not to order part of the assortment listed in the technical specifications from the present documentation. The participants must be able to deliver the specific stated quantities of food products for the respective end users. Transport costs are the responsibility of the contractor. The remaining shelf life of the food products must be no less than 75% of the shelf life of the specific product.
