The affected devices operate in the vehicles of the National Axle Load Measurement System (TSM) which carry out on-site road inspections, and are necessary for the printing, scanning, and copying tasks that arise during the work processes of the colleagues carrying out the inspections. During the inspections, the availability of the devices to a high degree is required, which means that in the event of a malfunction of the devices, the restoration of normal operation and the completion of the repair should be carried out as soon as possible. If the operation of the affected devices is not ensured, then the administration of the road inspections becomes impossible. The purpose of the call for tender is to ensure the on-call repair of multifunctional printing devices (hereinafter MFP) operating in the TSM buses on the operating area of NISZ Zrt. (Contracting Authority) from the conclusion of the contract until 30.11.2026. The service fee will be paid based on monthly settlements.
