France – Repair and maintenance services of mechanical building installations – SEI Martinique - Prestations de chaudronnerie – tuyauterie et de métallerie pour Bellefontaine et Pointe de Carrières

Framework agreement for the provision of boiler making, piping, sheet metal work and valve services for the diesel production groups, plant auxiliaries and common areas, as well as the hydrobase jetty and hydrocarbon transport pipelines for the EDF thermal power plants of Bellefontaine A and Pointe des Carrières in Martinique. Framework agreement for a firm duration of 5 (five) years and 3 (three) options of one year each. The contract is structured in 2 distinct lots:

Lot 1: Contract for the provision of boiler making, piping and sheet metal work services for the EDF thermal power plants of Bellefontaine A and Pointe des Carrières in Martinique. The services include, in particular:

The replacement of STEEL piping (supply, removal and reinstallation, removal of thermal insulation and re-insulation),

The replacement of COMPOSITE piping (supply, removal and reinstallation),

The replacement of PVC piping (supply, removal and reinstallation),

Arc, TIG and automatic welding,

PLASMA cutting with fixed and rotating machine,

The supply, manufacture, welding, repair and installation of associated materials and accessories such as locks, protective grilles, doors, gates, stairs, handrails, footbridges,

The supply, manufacture, welding, repair and installation of metal structures (frames, frameworks, etc.) with, in addition, intervention within a maximum of 24h in case of an emergency. This lot is multi-provider.

Lot 2: Contract for the implementation of the surveillance and maintenance program for the FOD and FO2 hydrocarbon transport pipelines of the EDF Pointe des Carrières power plant in Martinique. The services include, in particular:

Biennial visual inspection,

Corrosion protection measures,

Maintenance of installations. This lot is single-provider.

Candidates may submit tenders for each lot. The same tenderer may be awarded for each lot.
