The subject of this dynamic purchasing system (DPS) is the training services and expert assessments for the Central Uusimaa employment area. The subject of the DPS is described in more detail in the invitation to participate and its annexes, in particular Annex 2 Service Description. During the validity of the DPS, all interested suppliers may submit a participation application to the DPS. The DPS is valid until the date indicated in the contract notice, unless it is terminated or amended while the DPS is in force. Procurements among suppliers approved for the DPS are carried out through internal competitions (mini-competitions) within the DPS, which may be scheduled for the entire procurement phase of the DPS. Mini-competitions are carried out in the electronic tendering system and the invitation to tender is open for at least 14 days. The validity of the contract is determined on the basis of the mini-competition. The validity of the contract may also continue after the expiry of the validity of the DPS, provided that the contract competed within the DPS has entered into force before the expiry of the DPS.
