Belgium – Canteen and catering services – Prestations de services dans le domaine de la restauration pour les self-services et cafétérias de la Commission européenne à Bruxelles et alentours

This contract aims, on the one hand, to provide lump-sum services (lot 1) in the catering sector, which consist of carrying out operational tasks including setting up, preparing and serving meals and menus to support existing teams in managing self-service and cafeteria operations, and on the other hand, to provide full management services (lot 2) for the management (supervision of staff, stock and cost management, menu planning, etc.) and operation (setting up, preparing meals, serving meals and menus, welcoming users and resolving various on-site problems) of catering facilities and associated services in the buildings of the EC. These services also include the "beverages & meetings" service and the "banqueting" service.
