In order to enhance the versatility of the workshop tracks at the Technicentre Atlantique TGV and to enable the various maintenance operations on all the workshop tracks, SNCF VOYAGEURS plans to add 8 overhead travelling cranes, each equipped with a telescopic beam, over the next 8 years.

In the context of the consultation, the consultation documents are made available to economic operators to inform them about the nature and scope of the need. At this stage, only interested operators are asked to submit an expression of interest (RFI). We therefore ask you to submit via the EASI – Bravo solutions platform, the completed EXCEL file “JOUE response framework” as well as all the requested administrative documents. You will find in these documents, in particular, the External Consultation Regulation (REC) which sets out our requirements and the process associated with the file. It is only after the stage of analysis and selection of applications that the RFQ phase will be launched via the EASI platform and that it will be necessary to submit a tender within the prescribed time limit. We plan to hold an information meeting in January with the tenderers selected for the Consultation phase.
