Poland – Electrical installation work – Wybór Wykonawcy zadania pn.: „Budowa punktów ładowania pojazdów elektrycznych i punktów do zasilania statków powietrznych energią z sieci (400Hz) wraz z infrastrukturą towarzyszącą" w formule projektuj i buduj

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: "Construction of points for charging electric vehicles and points for supplying aircraft with energy from the network (400Hz) along with accompanying infrastructure" in the "design and build" formula, including the preparation of design documentation based on the Concept and other tender documents, as well as the implementation of construction works in accordance with the prepared project. 2. The subject of the contract includes in particular: a) preparation of complete design documentation based on OPZ, PFU and the Technical Concept "Expansion of energy infrastructure to prepare charging points for electric vehicles at Katowice Airport" along with obtaining, on behalf of and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority, the checks, agreements and opinions required by law, as well as permits, decisions and other necessary documents to start construction works, and in particular a valid building permit decision; b) transfer of the proprietary copyrights to the prepared design documentation to the Contracting Authority; c) execution of construction works along with obtaining a permit for use and performing authorial supervision during the execution of construction works; d) delivery, installation, connection, commissioning of devices and handover for operation in accordance with OPZ, PFU, Technical Concept and prepared design documentation, as well as transfer of technical documentation of the devices; e) conducting training on the operation of the devices; f) preparation of complete as-built documentation, taking into account any changes made during the implementation of the investment (in accordance with the provisions contained in the contract); g) transfer of the proprietary copyrights to the prepared as-built documentation to the Contracting Authority; 3. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract has been defined in the annexes to the SWZ, namely: a) Annex No. 2 – Description of the subject of the contract, b) Annex No. 2.1a – Functional-User Programme, c) Annex No. 2.1b - Technical Concept "Expansion of energy infrastructure to prepare charging points for electric vehicles at Katowice Airport". Note: Annex 2.1a) Functional-User Programme supplements the Technical Concept specified in Annex 2.1b). In the event of discrepancies between the provisions of Annex 2.1a) and the provisions of the Technical Concept contained in Annex 2.1b), the provisions of Annex 2.1a) shall prevail.
