Poland – Reproduction equipment – Managed Print Services (Printing, Plotting & Scanning)

The RFQ document will include the scope of services on the Poland AP1000 Project. The Company shall be responsible for supplying, installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining all equipment, software, consumables and related services required to perform the scope of work. The Company shall provide qualified technical personnel, service resources and support infrastructure necessary to meet the service level requirements defined in the RFQ documents. The Company is expected to demonstrate capability to support multiple project locations, provide maintenance and technical support services, manage consumables and ensure continuity of service throughout the Project lifecycle. The Company is required to have: · ISO 9001 or equivalent certification · Seller’s activities will need to comply with Polish Law and National Standards.
