Poland – Medical equipments – Dostawa urządzeń medycznych do Szpitala Powiatu Bytowskiego Sp. z o.o. ZP33/2026

Subject of the contract: supply of medical devices (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of supply") to the Bytów County Hospital, including assembly, installation and training of personnel in their use. The detailed technical requirements for the subject of supply (limit values) are contained in Annex 1 to the SWZ. NOTICE: The contractor is obliged to attach Annex 1 to the SWZ Technical Parameters to the offer, with all items filled in regarding the offered parameters of the offered subject of supply. The completed Annex 1 constitutes the Subject Evidence, it is also a document necessary to obtain points in the quality criterion. As part of the contract, the Contractor will: deliver the subject of the contract at his own cost and risk (including transport insurance) to the place of delivery, and then carry out its assembly, installation and commissioning, and training in the use of the Purchaser's personnel. The Purchaser, under Article 257 of the Pzp Act, reserves the right to cancel the tender procedure if the public funds that the Purchaser intended to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract have not been granted. The Purchaser informs that an application has been submitted to the Voivode of Pomerania to allocate funds from the general reserve of the state budget for grants for investment purchases of necessary medical equipment. As of the date of publication of this procedure, the co-financing has not been granted.
