The service of building design - architectural services within the framework of a negotiated procedure with a selection stage and design contest for the award of architectural services in accordance with § 34 HOAI for the performance phases 2 to 8 (performance levels 1 to 4) is being tendered. Please note the published terms of reference (file "1503-25 AufgabenstellungStegreifentwurf.pdf") for the scope of the planning. For participation in this tender, in the first stage (competition for participation) the submission of an application form (participation request) with the required information and evidence by the set deadline is required. The applicants selected at the end of the evaluation of the first stage as the most suitable will be participants in the second stage of the procedure (bidder procedure). In the second stage, the design contest entry must then be processed and submitted with the first bid. Negotiations will continue based on the first bid. After submission of the final non-negotiable bids, bidders will be invited to present themselves in person to a jury. A written/digital presentation is not desired, not required and will not be evaluated.
