Bulgaria – Furniture (incl. office furniture), furnishings, domestic appliances (excl. lighting) and cleaning products – „Доставка и монтаж на офис мебели, обзавеждане и столове за нуждите на Община Сливен по две обособени позиции

The purpose of the public procurement is to provide office furniture, equipment and tables for the needs of Sliven Municipality. The technical characteristics and the required quantities of the items are detailed in the attached technical specification. The deliveries are divided according to their nature into two separate lots, as follows: Lot 1 „Delivery and installation of office furniture and equipment“ Lot 2 „Delivery of office tables“ The contracting authority will award Lot 2 „Delivery of office tables“ in accordance with the procedure valid for their individual estimated value - 9 900,00 EUR excluding VAT, for Lot 2, pursuant to Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act. The individual estimated value for Lot 2 falls within the scope of Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 of the PPA. Reasons: The condition of Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the PPA has been met - the value of Lot 2 – 9 900,00 EUR excluding VAT does not exceed 79 998,77 EUR. The total estimated value of Lot 2 – 9 900,00 EUR excluding VAT represents 18.00% of the total estimated value of the procurement, i.e. does not exceed 20 per cent of the total estimated value of the procurement. Participants may submit a bid only for Lot 1 „Delivery and installation of furniture“.
