The project involves constructing a gendarmerie barracks comprising service and residential units for the company, the research brigade, the surveillance squadron, and the proximity brigade in the town of Genas. The following indicative preliminary areas are given: - 56 Housing units - approximately 4 830 m² SHAB - Service and technical facilities - approximately 1 450 m² SDO

The mission elements of the design phase that will be entrusted to the successful tenderer are as follows: APD, PC, PRO, EXE, DET, OPC, AOR. As an indication, the services will be carried out from the third quarter of 2027. The consultation will result in an ordinary contract. The contract is concluded with a single economic operator. The assessment of the applications will result in a ranking that will allow the contracting authority to select the candidates eligible to submit a tender, it being specified that the number of candidates who will be eligible to submit a tender is set at 3, subject to a sufficient number of admissible applications. Minimum required: Minimum turnover of the group (cumulative of the members) = 21 225 000 euro(s) excl. VAT

In a second phase, the tender file will be sent to the companies whose application will have been retained following the application assessment phase. The bidders will then be invited to submit a tender in accordance with the procedures that will be specified in the tender file. It is planned to submit APS level services in the "tender" phase (with payment of a lump sum fee subject to the terms of the R.C.). In the TENDER phase, the eligible candidates will be asked to quote an additional optional mandatory service: it concerns the implementation of a heat production mode by geothermal energy.
