The subject of the EU-wide procurement is the technology-neutral procurement of a future-proof system for monitoring and securing the perimeter of Munich Airport. The scope of services includes supply and services for planning, provision, implementation, integration and maintenance for 5 years for the sensory and video-based components, including connection to existing IT, control centre and security systems. The aim is the reliable detection, classification and verification of security-relevant events along the entire fence area of the airport site. It is expressly pointed out that contrary to § 41 Abs. 1 SektVO, the procurement documents are not complete and in particular the service description, the planning basis, the service catalogue, the evaluation forms for the award criteria, the price list, the concept template for bidders, and the documents for the verifying test setup and for the indication of the SLA parameters are not provided within the framework of the selection procedure. The procurement documents from the selection procedure can therefore not be used for the submission of a tender. According to § 41 Abs. 4 SektVO and on the basis of § 107 Abs. 2 No. 1 GWB, only those bidders who are invited by us to submit a tender after the conclusion of the selection procedure will receive the complete procurement documents to be used for the submission of an indicative tender, including the service description, the planning basis, the service catalogue, the evaluation forms for the award criteria, the price list, the concept template for bidders, and the documents for the verifying test setup and for the indication of the SLA parameters.
