Germany – Pharmaceutical products – Open House Originale Rabattverträge 2025-08 - Roxadustat

The TK aims to conclude discount contracts pursuant to § 130c para. 1 SGB V for the active substance Roxadustat with all suitable pharmaceutical enterprises. The contract is concluded within the framework of the TK's Open-House-Originals procedure: Individual negotiations on contract contents are not conducted, uniform conditions apply. The TK does not guarantee exclusivity to individual contractual partners. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, starting on 01.04.2025. The contract ends at the latest on 31.10.2026, regardless of the date of the contract conclusion. In the event of patent expiry/expiry of market exclusivity before the above end date, the contract expires automatically at the end of the month of patent expiry/market exclusivity. Joining this Open-House-Originals procedure is possible at any time within the contract duration. Due to the existence of industrial property rights in respect of the contractually relevant active substance or the procedurally relevant active substance combination, the participation and contract documents are only made available to those pharmaceutical enterprises that offer/place on the market medicines containing the procedurally relevant active substance or the procedurally relevant active substance combination or that credibly assure the TK that they will offer/place such medicines on the market within the contract duration.
