The subject of the contract is the execution of works for the investment objective „LANDSCAPING OF THE AGREEMENT ZONE 'LACUL PEȘTIȘORUL', STR. REPUBLICII NR.2, MUNICIPIUL PAȘCANI, JUDEȚUL IAȘI”, SMIS code: 342156, under the North-East Regional Programme 2021–2027, Priority 7 „A more attractive region” — specific objective RSO5.1, intervention code 166 „Protection, development and promotion of cultural heritage and cultural services". Funding contract no. 979. Maximum execution duration: 18 months from the issuance of the Order of Commencement. Notes: *) The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and fully to all requests for clarification, transmitted within the specified period, by the 14th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. **) There are no restrictions between chapters or sub-chapters of expenditure, bidders having the right and obligation to provide all costs resulting from the bill of quantities and from their own offer. For chapter 5.1 each bidder has on the one hand the freedom and on the other the obligation to propose their own costs depending on their own organisation and the requirements of the Award Documents. ***) Bidders are allowed to use their own transport distances for materials from suppliers to the site. In the technical proposal, bidders must indicate the main suppliers as well as the transport distance from them. ****) In the preparation of the tender, the provisions of Order no. 1568/2002 for the approval of the technical regulation „Guidelines for the preparation of bills of quantities at the level of categories of works and construction objects for investments made from public funds”, indicative P 91/1-02, are applicable in the sense that the norms of the bill of quantities articles are indicative. Bidders have full freedom to provide their own consumptions and execution technologies in their tender, with respect for the quantitative and qualitative requirements provided for in the technical project, in the Book of Works and in other normative acts in force that regulate the execution of the works” – see Art. 2.2.2.
