To determine the market-standard parameters in the procurement of such a service, the requesting DB company wishes to explore the market environment with this market consultation and learn from other market participants in this area of expertise how they assess these subject matters. If necessary, the objects/products provided by the market participant to DB may be observed, examined, disassembled and tested (testing). In this case, the market participant must additionally complete and return the corresponding declaration of consent to the DB company. The insights gained will be used by the requesting DB company in the design of future procurement procedures.
