Denmark – Hotel services – 16.06 Hotelophold (2027)

SKI is offering a framework agreement concerning the procurement of hotel accommodation in Denmark, as well as in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, referred to as 16.06 Hotel Accommodation (2027). The framework agreement is offered as a single combined agreement with geographical coverage in Denmark, as well as in Greenland and the Faroe Islands, where a number of places are reserved in advance for hotels in specific delineated geographical areas, which are divided into regions and districts to ensure broad coverage of hotels that can meet SKI’s customers' procurement needs. The aim is therefore to achieve a broad selection of hotels distributed throughout Denmark and in delineated areas in Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The framework agreement is entered into between SKI and the supplier. Since several suppliers are awarded, in practice a number of parallel framework agreements are entered into between SKI and the suppliers, one for each awarded supplier. The parallel framework agreements are identical. SKI's customers are original parties to the framework agreement and the parallel framework agreements, and can therefore use these and comply with their tendering obligation. The framework agreement is expected to be awarded to 267 hotels. The process is more closely described in the tender conditions point 8.3.1. The customers' allocation of delivery contracts takes place in accordance with Appendix D Use of Framework Agreement. The State as a whole is committed to using the framework agreement. It appears from Appendix A and A.1 which customers can use the Framework Agreement.
