This contract is a public works contract for a design mission relating to the restructuring of the experimental site of the CTIFL - La Morinière in Saint-Épain. This operation includes:

- the construction of a new agricultural building;

- the construction of administrative premises;

- the rehabilitation of existing offices into accommodation for apprentices and trainees.
