Description
With this tender, rku.it GmbH intends to introduce a modern, cloud-based ITSM platform (SaaS) that, in the medium term, will support all ITIL-v4-oriented processes of rku.it as well as its municipal customers and partners. The planned scope of introduction comprises:
Phase 1 (Project start 2026): Change Enablement, CMDB including Discovery, Service Catalogue, Service Level Management
Phase 2 (following year(s)): Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Case Management
Phase 3 (further (possible) expansion stages): License Management, GRC, Risk Management, Project Portfolio Management, Capacity Management, Further ITIL-v4 Practices
The system is intended to serve as a central platform in the long term, to fully consolidate currently distributed processes, tools and data.
