France – Camping-site services – Délégation de service public pour l'exploitation du camping municipal de la commune de Saint-Sever

This tender concerns the award of a public service delegation contract for the management and operation of the municipal campsite in the commune of Saint-Sever. The service provides reception for campers, reservation management, maintenance of facilities, collection of fees, and all services necessary for the proper functioning and maintenance of the campsite. The Concessionaire will notably be responsible for: - Continuous improvement of the campsite's equipment and services (sanitary facilities, reception, playground and sports area, catering point, drink dispensers and snacking outside the opening hours of the catering point, external services such as the rental of electric bicycles, for example, proposals for activities related to the Adour and the banks) - Management and operation of the campsite, caravan site, with a minimum of 70 pitches with mobile homes (including 2 lodges) with an upgrade of the existing facilities. - The current three-star rating must be maintained at a minimum, or even improved depending on the delegate's proposal. - Modernisation of facilities by creating a minimum of 10 pitches for camper vans and developing associated services. - Implementation of the planting of 50 trees for currently unshaded pitches, in coordination with the commune's service on the choice of species, planting techniques, and tree placement. - Promotion and marketing of the facilities on travel accommodation booking websites and platforms, and social networks. - Maintenance of the structures and material and immovable property made available. - Reception of the public.
