Czechia – Various medicinal products – Léčivé přípravky s obsahem účinné látky Pertuzumab a trastuzumab

The subject of the public contract is the continuous supply of medicinal products containing the active substance: - Pertuzumab 600MG and trastuzumab 600MG in a 10ML injection vial - Pertuzumab 1200MG and trastuzumab 600MG in a 15ML injection vial (hereinafter referred to as "medicinal products" or "goods"). The specification of the required medicinal product is given in the Contract Notice and in the price offer form, which is Annex 2 to this Contract Notice. The continuous supply of medicinal products will be carried out on the basis of individual orders issued according to the current needs of the contracting authority for a period of two years from the date of entry into force of the Purchase Contract.
