The Federal Roads Office (OFROU), Bellinzone branch, is tendering, under an open procedure, a mandate to external engineering firms for the execution of the main civil engineering inspections (BAU) and the main inspections of electromechanical equipment (BSA) of the tunnels and galleries of the national roads. The tenderers are responsible for carrying out the inspection, assessment and documentation activities of the state of the tunnels and galleries and their equipment. The services include the preparation of the inspections, the recording and analysis of damage, the updating of inventories and the KUBA and FA-BSA databases, as well as the definition of intervention needs and conservation measures. They also include the drafting of technical documentation, the periodic presentation of results to the client and the preparation of the final inspection reports. The present mandate concerns the inspection, assessment of the state and monitoring of the tunnels and galleries located on the national road N02, between the Chiasso-Brogeda customs and the south portal of the Saint-Gothard tunnel, on the national road N13, between Bellinzone-Nord and the north portal of the San Bernardino tunnel, as well as on the NEB section of the N13, between Bellinzone-Sud and Ascona, for the period from spring 2027 to the end of 2031.
