1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of office chairs and stools, as well as floor protectors and anti-fatigue mats. 2. The subject of the contract is divided into two parts, which are described in Section 4 of the Contract Specification (hereinafter also "CS"). 3. The detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract, are specified in the draft contract provisions constituting respectively for part 1 and 2 of the contract, Annex 8 to the CS and Annex 9 to the CS.
