France – Training services – Accord-Cadre pour des prestations de formations "Parcours d’upskilling et de reskilling sur les métiers SI"

To gain efficiency and responsiveness, the EDF Group has decided to establish a contract for the supply of training, prioritising digital training, as part of professional development or retraining initiatives. Internal retraining programmes (via promotional training or retraining) aim in particular to:

- Enable the retraining of employees for new jobs / skills in development

- Identify internal candidates who would not have been found through classical selection processes, based on criteria of desire and potential rather than training or career path

- Train and support these employees in line with the Group's skills development strategy and EDF's IT challenges.

Framework agreement for a duration of 8 years, including 5 firm years and 3 options of 12 months each. 2 lots are planned:

- Lot 1: 100% distance learning diploma/certificate RNCP

- Lot 2: Distance learning and classroom-based certificate RNCP

This will be a Group contract and EDF SA will purchase on behalf of several subsidiaries as well (including for ENEDIS, FRAMATOME, EDF RENOUVELABLES, DALKIA...).
