The subject of the procurement procedure is the transfer of bio-waste, which is collected by the contracting authority itself in the area of the city of Bielefeld. The contract includes the provision and operation of the transfer facility. Neither the collection and transport of the bio-waste to the transfer facility, nor the collection and onward transport of the bio-waste are the subject of the contract to be awarded.
