SBH | Schulbau Hamburg is tasked with planning, constructing, maintaining and managing school properties, taking into account educational needs and economic principles, and leasing the approximately 350 schools to the Authority for School and Vocational Training. The school properties include all plots of land and buildings used for educational purposes by state and vocational schools. The total area of all general and vocational state schools is approximately 9.1 million m² and the main usable area is approximately 3.1 million m². In this capacity, SBH has been commissioned to carry out demolition and new construction work, as well as the renovation of the outdoor facilities at a gymnasium located at Corveystr. 6 in Hamburg.
