The procurement procedure used is: open tender. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement with maximum is awarded in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders. Each framework agreement will be awarded to a single economic operator. The services are divided into 16 Lot(s): 1 Groceries and conventional, labelled and organic canned goods 2 Conventional, labelled and organic frozen products 3 Conventional and labelled dairy products, cheeses and egg products 4 Organic dairy products, cheeses and egg products 5 Farmers' yoghurts and high environmental value cheeses 6 Fresh meats, poultry and charcuterie 7 Fresh fish 8 Conventional and labelled fresh vegetables and fruits 9 Organic fresh vegetables and fruits 10 Frozen and quartered potatoes (4th range) 11 Baby food pots 12 Beverages 13 Sparkling wines 14 Draught beers with keg rental 15 Organic apple juice and ciders 16 Artisanal confectionery (reserved lot) Each lot will be the subject of a framework agreement. The following lot(s) will be awarded through a separate procedure from the present consultation, in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-8 of the Public Procurement Code.
