France – Construction work for electricity power lines – TRAVAUX DE REALISATION, DE RENFORCEMENT ET D'EFFACEMENT DES RESEAUX DE DISTRIBUTION PUBLIQUE D'ELECTRICITE, D'ECLAIRAGE PUBLIC ET DE TELECOMMUNICATIONS

- The creation, reinforcement and removal of medium and low voltage public electricity distribution networks, excluding project studies and transformer supply;

- The creation, renewal and compliance of public lighting networks, excluding supplies (masts and luminaires);

- The burial of telecommunications networks in coordination (excluding the supply of chambers and sleeves);

This contract does not include:

- Underground extension work for Low Voltage electrical networks with a length of 250 meters or less, possibly including public lighting cable and a telephone network sleeve;

- Public lighting work for operations without coordination and without trench (except for supply on 100 meters maximum);

- Work for operations carried out under a contract with a Project Owner designated by another public authority, in accordance with Article 2 of Law 85-704 of 12 July 1985 on public project ownership, as amended;

- Directional drilling and ancillary works (fences, walls).

The services must include actions to reduce the production and/or danger of waste and those to recycle (and/or other forms of valorisation and/or elimination) including logistics on site and to the said channels, in accordance with the regulation.
